Mistakes that Sink Leaders

“Leadership ability is improved by learning from early measures of adversity.”

Keith T. Miller

MISTAKES:

1,  Use little or no feedback.

2.  Discipline employees in public.

3.  Misunderstand what motivates employees.

4.  Very little delegation.

5.  Change things too early or change things too late.

6.  Too much pride, taking things personally.

7.  Succumb to the slippery slope of elitism.
